As a woman in technology, I've faced my fair share of challenges. From feeling overlooked in meetings to struggling to assert myself on stage during presentations, I know firsthand how difficult it can be to find your voice in this industry. That's why I created WiTVoices membership program specifically designed for women like you and me who are ready to step into their power and make a lasting impact.

With WiTVoices, I've curated a supportive community where we uplift each other, share our experiences, and most importantly, hone our public speaking skills. Through personalized coaching sessions and interactive workshops led by industry experts, members can gain the confidence they need to speak up with authority, captivate audiences, and stand out among their peers.

Many existing programs, even those with a solid reputation, frequently make grand claims but fail to follow through. This often stems from their use of one-size-fits-all training methods and inexperienced presenters who do not tailor their content to your specific requirements.

While these programs may offer some assistance, they cannot assure your success. In contrast, WiTVoices Membership is crafted by seasoned women in tech who have spent years honing their public speaking skills. Their approach centers on you as a unique individual, ensuring that you reach the objectives you establish for yourself.

Absolutely! Just three months after enrolling in our program, the first cohort of six women took the stage at our conference, with three of them speaking for the very first time!

Our program is designed for success; with dedication and hard work, we guarantee positive outcomes. Drawing on five years of experience in empowering women in tech to confidently present on stage, our curriculum caters to a diverse range of participants—whether they are introverted or extroverted, or have backgrounds in technology or related fields. We are committed to helping our clients excel and stand out.

Our focus is to get our members on stage as soon as possible. Part of this is by making sure that our members get plenty of practice. With weekly practice, feedback as well as learning, we get out members comfortable with public speaking. The lessons learned during these sessions prove to be useful on stage as well as meetings, negotiations and any presentation you participate in.

We host our own conferences each quarter. This means that our members get to speak on stages in a friendly environment before they hit external events and bigger and better oportunities. This provides plenty of experience to our members. It also means that our members get to create multiple presentations to deliver each year and rack up experience points as they go.

We incorporate trainings for not just speaking, but also things like finding conferences, submitting to conferences, creating presentation that are effective and presenting not just in person but also online. Our grads have gone on to land their dream jobs due to skills learned during our curriculum, get offers for side work as well as create courses due to their speaking skills.
