It all started more than twenty years ago. I was working full time, finishing my degree, and was married with two young kids. I wwnt to my very first conference. It was amazing! In two days, I learnt so much, listened to amazing speakers. met experts and fellow travellers alike. It was transformative.

I also noticed that women speakers only accounted for less than two percent of conference. I knew I had to to something about it. I decided to be the change I wanted to see in the world.

Years later, I had more observations. I noticed that same desprepency in other areas in tech. Founders, CEOs etc., etc. I noticed a pattern. Not that someone was out to keep us down, but not enough of us were stepping up.

My first "group coaching" came in 2018, when I was working at Microsoft. I encountered resistance from brilliant, capable women with Ph.Ds were unwilling to speak. I created and ran my first program designed to help womne in tech create presentations, and present them. I ran the program several times, for several communities inside and outside Microsoft.

And over the years, I have trained several women speak on stages. Till, in 2023 I created WiTVoices, formerly know as WiTToast.

What I am doing here is helping women in tech. But beyond the stage fright, beyond public speaking and beyond techniques, ad presentation, I and empowering women to find their voice. The voice to grow and speak clearly. To find their north star. To find confidence to be themselves. Not a version on them that is expected by scociety, friends, family, or collegue. But THEIR voices. And use it effectivly.
